The first Zhuhai Marathon started at 7:30 on November 26, 2023 at the east gate of Zhuhai Sports Center, hosted by the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government and undertaken by the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, the People's Government of Xiangzhou District, the Management Committee of Zhuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and Zhuhai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. The scale of the event is 10,000 people, and the event will be upgraded year by year and will continue to be held.

The Zhuhai Marathon passes through Luyangwan Park, Haitian Park, Zhuhai Museum, Zhuhai Grand Theatre, Jingshan Park, Zhuhai Fishergirl and other coastal landmarks and scenic spots with Zhuhai characteristics. Running in Zhuma, immersively embracing the baptism of the waves and the sea breeze, every step is the ultimate romance.
