4. Time and place of the competition:

Date: March 10, 2018 (Saturday)

8:30 Group drawing;

9:00 Opening Ceremony;

9:15 Race starts;

14:00 Compete with Zhuhai Open players;

16:00 Award ceremony and watch the ball game.

Venue: Zhuhai Hengqin International Tennis Center (Training Ground 1-12)

Vehicles are parked in outdoor public parking lots.

5. Competitions:

(1) Women's doubles

1. Sonorous Rose Group: The age of participation is not less than 40 years old, and 16 pairs of players are limited to registration;

2. Leisurely Lily Group: The age of participation is between 18-40 years old, and 16 pairs of contestants are limited to registration;

(2) Mixed doubles

Female players must be at least 18 years old, and male players must be at least 40 years old, and only 16 pairs of players can register.

Note: The age of the contestants is subject to the ID card, and all events are not allowed to be combined.

VI. Qualifications:

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Mainland residents

Be at least 18 years old and hold one of the following 3 types of documents or supporting materials: Zhuhai Resident Identity Card; Zhuhai Residence Permit; Proof of social security in Zhuhai for more than 3 months before February 10, 2018;

2. Hong Kong and Macao residents

Be at least 18 years old, introduced by the Macau Tennis Association or the Hong Kong Senior Tennis Association, and hold a Macau or Hong Kong identity card.

7. Registration:

1. Fees: Each pair of contestants needs to pay a total registration fee of 38 yuan.

2. Registration method: Fill in the registration form according to the page prompts and pay the registration fee by paying attention to the official account of "Huafa Sports";

8. Competition Method:

1. Implement the latest competition rules approved by the Chinese Tennis Association. The event adopts a trust system, when there is a dispute during the game, the athletes on the field will negotiate, or ask the referee to make the final decision, after the ruling, both parties must respect the ruling, and the off-field players shall not interfere.

2. The competition is divided into two stages, the first stage is a single round-robin competition, and the second stage is to take the top eight pairs for the knockout round and determine the corresponding rankings. Each game adopts 6 rounds without preemptive scoring method, and the number of rounds is 6:6 to tie seven to decide the winner. The second stage is a knockout round.

3. In case of special circumstances, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the competition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust the specific competition system.

9. Match ball:

Two balls are used in each game, the brand is to be determined, and it is provided by the organizing committee.

10. Incentives:

1. The champion, runner-up and third runner-up of each group will receive trophies or medals;

2. All players who sign up for the competition will have the opportunity to interact face-to-face with the players participating in the 2018 Zhuhai Tennis Open;

3. All players who register for the competition can watch the full event of the 2018 Zhuhai Tennis Open.

Note: Prizes must be signed by the person and cannot be collected on behalf of the person.

11. Transportation and Catering:

Transportation and catering related matters shall be resolved by the participants;

Drinking water will be provided by the organizing committee.

XII. Miscellaneous

All athletes in this competition promise to provide portrait rights and waive claims;

Matters not covered in this regulation will be notified separately, and the final interpretation right belongs to the Organizing Committee.
