On 27 July, the "2024 Hengqin and Macao Cup Series of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone", organized by the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, organized by the Sports Federation of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, and co-organized by the Table Tennis Association of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, came to an end at the Cultural and Sports Centre of the Primary School in Hengqin.

After one day of fierce competition, the champions of the big Hengqin group and the small Hengqin group were won by the first team of Hengqin Sports School and the friends of Hengqin and Macao table tennis respectively.

The tournament will be held in two stages in the form of mixed team competition (including singles and doubles). The first stage is divided into 8 groups, each group of 3 or 4 teams, group round-robin competition to determine the group ranking; The top 16 teams in the group will enter the second stage of the knockout round, with the winner entering the Dahengqin group, and the loser and the third place in the group entering the Xiaohengqin group, and the final champion team will be determined respectively.

On the field, the players showed a high level of competition, or clever defense, or precise attack, you push and block, sometimes cut the ball to defend, sometimes smash hard.

With their outstanding performance, the first team of Hengqin Sports School finally defeated the team of the Macau Table Tennis Association 2:0, and won the championship of the Greater Hengqin Group among the 16 strong teams, while the championship of the Friends of Hengqin and Macao Table Tennis Group was won by the Friends of Hengqin and Macao Table Tennis Team.
