In order to allow the competition car and the driver to smoothly pass the customs on the track, enter and exit the venue, she is responsible for the whole process of following up the registration of the competition car and the driver, repeatedly verifying the qualifications and procedures, and not allowing any link to be omitted; In response to the ferry needs of athletes, technical officials and volunteers, she followed up and sorted out the schedule in advance, clarified the pick-up and drop-off points and flow lines, and also made the bus pick-up and drop-off point maps of each hotel with her own hands, so that every ferry was clear and orderly.

She also went to the airport, Zhuhai Station and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port to confirm the arrival and departure points and routes of the athletes on the spot, and sorted out the complete arrival and departure route documents; In order to ensure the smooth flow of the event, she and the security team surveyed the starting and finishing points: Zhuhai Planning Museum and Haitian Park area, and carefully confirmed the pick-up and drop-off routes of athletes; In addition, she will continue to follow up with vehicle drivers, be responsible for driver training and docking, and coordinate matters such as driver meal kits during the race, and implement the service details.

In the athlete service position, Zheng Yanzhen incarnated as a "meticulous butler", cooperated with the person in charge of administrative reception, and participated in the whole process of athletes' catering, accommodation, transportation and athlete service manuals and other related work - not only assisted in coordinating the schedule of breakfast, lunch and dinner during the competition, but also assisted in updating the content of the athletes' service manual; In order to find out the accommodation guarantee of athletes, she made a special trip to the hotel where the athletes and technical officials stayed, and confirmed the services that the hotel could provide one by one, from laundry services to the opening hours of gyms and swimming pools, all of which were recorded in detail and given timely feedback; At the same time, according to the requirements of the event, she cooperated with the materials needed by the athletes, took the initiative to follow up and collect the information of the athletes' teams, docked the needs of the sports teams in real time, and was also responsible for following up the registration of the sports team's parking cars, so that the athletes could focus on preparing for the competition and have no worries.
