In the half marathon event, the runners also showed good strength. In the men's group, Liu Jun won the championship with a time of 1 hour, 08 minutes and 40 seconds. The runner-up and third place were won by Wan Lei and Wang Zhe with a time of 1 hour, 10 minutes and 28 seconds and 1 hour, 10 minutes and 46 seconds respectively.

Yin Ting won the women's half marathon championship with a time of 1 hour, 19 minutes and 38 seconds. Pang Yuting and Qin Weina finished in 1 hour, 21 minutes and 26 seconds and 1 hour, 25 minutes and 32 seconds respectively, and won the second and third places in the women's half marathon event.
